On the Plan Details page, click Manage subscription to upgrade your plan or manage automatic renewal.

Upgrade your plan

You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. The unused portion of your current subscription is prorated based on the time remaining and applied toward the new subscription. You only pay the difference. How to upgrade
  1. Open Plan Details, click Manage subscription, and choose your new tier.
  2. Check the deduction and the amount due.
  3. Complete payment.
Downgrades are currently not supported.

Automatic renewal and cancellation

With automatic renewal enabled, your subscription renews automatically when the current period ends. Check the renewal date and amount in Plan Details. After upgrading, renewals use the new tier’s price. How to cancel automatic renewal
  1. Open Plan Details and click Manage subscription.
  2. Turn off automatic renewal and follow the prompts to confirm.
After turning it off
  • Your benefits remain available through the paid period, and your subscription will not renew when it ends.
  • Payments already made are not automatically refunded.
  • You can restore automatic renewal before your subscription expires. To do so, open Plan Details, click Manage subscription, and turn automatic renewal back on.
