Builder Identity

Invitees can join the MiniMax Developer Community as a “Builder,” gaining priority access to new MiniMax model trials, real-world development use cases, and cutting-edge technical discussions.

Referrer Rewards (Co-builder Incentives)

Open Platform Vouchers

For every successful referral (where the invitee completes a valid payment), the Referrer will receive Open Platform Universal Vouchers equivalent to 10% of the invitee’s actual payment amount.
  • Vouchers are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.
  • Vouchers can only be used to offset API invocation fees on the MiniMax Open Platform.
  • Vouchers are non-withdrawable, non-transferable, and will automatically expire after the validity period.

Developer Community Participation

Eligible referrers will have priority access to new MiniMax model trials, developer technical exchange events, and direct feedback channels for product and technical support.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Self-Referral Restriction: Referrers are prohibited from purchasing through their own referral links. Such orders will not qualify for discounts or rewards.
  2. Refund Policy: The Coding Plan is a subscription-based product and is non-refundable. If an invitee initiates a malicious refund, the platform will automatically reclaim the corresponding reward vouchers.
  3. Violations: Any fraudulent activities (e.g., using bots, malicious registration, or false transactions) will result in disqualification from the event. The platform reserves the right to reclaim issued rewards and pursue legal action.
  4. Program Adjustments: In the event of force majeure or changing circumstances—including but not limited to major disasters, cyberattacks, system failures, or government orders—MiniMax Open Platform reserves the right to adjust, pause, or terminate this program in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  5. Final Interpretation: To the extent permitted by law, MiniMax Open Platform reserves the right of final interpretation of these program rules.
